The guys here are very professional and super friendly. They have fast service and great prices(best I could find in the bay area). The waiting area is cozy and has a TV. The restroom and also the work area were extremely clean. They went above and beyond what I expected and even replaced a missing screw in my trunk door that was causing the interior handle to come off . When I had my window smashed, 1Low Price Auto Glass got me in much sooner than others I called. They quoted a very reasonable price and only needed a couple of hours to do the work. I mentioned that I get rain water in my door at times after I replaced my side mirror; I asked them to look into it since they would have the door apart. They found the problem and only charged me a little more to seal it up. They called me and kept me informed when the first piece of glass ended up having some scratches under the label, which they found after they installed it. They ordered a new piece and swapped it out quickly. I highly recommend this place for their great service, honesty and reasonable pricing.
